Dr. Needham is enthusiastic about providing exceptional eye care to patients of all ages, helping patients improve their quality of life. Dr. Needham received her Doctorate of Optometry with Distinction from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon.
While in school, Dr. Needham earned her student fellowship from the American Academy of Optometry and received training in specialty contact lenses, pediatrics, binocular vision, and ocular disease management. She is a member of the British Columbia Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.
Dr. Needham has done extensive volunteer work in Ecuador and Guatemala, where she provided eye care and glasses to underserved populations.
In her spare time, Dr. Needham enjoys mountain biking, surfing, embroidery, and skiing. She is excited to explore the food scene and beautiful Mother Nature of Vancouver Island. Dr. Needham can’t wait to meet and get to know all her patients at Oceanside Optometry Clinic better!
